When you complete the Leadership Loop Assessment, we collect the answers you choose to submit and, if you provide it, your email address and first name so we can send your reflection.

When you join our email list, we collect your email address, an optional first name, and a note of which page you signed up from.

We also collect basic, aggregate usage information such as page views, which helps us understand which resources are useful. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.

Assessment responses and email list entries are stored in an access-controlled database operated for Guiding Flame Academy by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

Access rules on that database prevent visitors from reading, editing, or deleting other people's entries. Only Randy May and any staff who need it for delivery and support can view stored responses.

We keep assessment responses for as long as they are useful for delivering your results and improving the assessment. You may ask us to delete your responses at any time.

To improve the assessment, our articles, and our courses. When we describe patterns publicly, we use combined, de-identified information only.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site, store data, and send email, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We share individual assessment responses with your employer, sponsor, or anyone else only when you ask us to in writing, or where we are legally required to.

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the link in any email.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Our assessment and courses are intended for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date below.
