A workshop journey I run with you

Six stages. I am in the room for the ones that matter.

This is not a course you buy and a binder you shelve. It is a workshop journey I run with your leadership team: your people, their real quiz results, the habits that are actually costing you. Here is what happens in every stage, so you know exactly what you are scheduling.

How the workshop runs

Your team's journey

A stage counts as done once your team has met with me in that stage's workshop session.

  1. Stage one

    20 minutes, on their own

    Everyone runs the quiz

Each leader takes the habit-loop diagnostic alone. No scores shared yet. Everyone walks in with their own pattern already named.

  2. Stage two

    Half-day workshop

    The room maps its loops

Every visible behavior goes on the wall: coaching, directing, taking over, pulling away. Then the team looks at what it has been teaching people to do next.

  3. Stage three

    Half-day workshop

    Under the iceberg

We work the drivers: growth, usefulness, control, relief. Leaders name the payoff they get from the habit they say they want to stop.

  4. Stage four

    90 days of follow-through

    One question, ninety days

Each leader leaves with one interrupt to run before they react, and a check-in cadence so the new behavior survives past the workshop high.

  5. Stage five

    Days 90 to 180

    The team feels the shift

The loop changes on your side first. This stage is where the people around you stop waiting for the old version of you.

  6. Stage six

    Ongoing

Make it how the place runs

A habit that lives in one leader leaves when that leader does. This stage moves it into hiring, one-on-ones, and how the room handles a hard week.

Bring this journey to your team

I run every room stage myself. Tell me about your team: size, format, what habit is costing you the most. I will come back with dates and a plan shaped around the room you actually have.
