Workshop FAQs
The questions people ask before they book.
Straight answers. If yours is not here, send it to me and I will answer it the same way.
In the room
· What actually happens in the room?
Your leaders take the habit loop quiz before we meet. In session one I collect the shape of the room on paper and tally it live, anonymously.
From there we work on real moments your leaders wrote down. No case studies, no role play with strangers, no scores on a wall with names attached.
· Do people have to share things they would rather keep private?
No name goes on the tally. Leaders choose which moment they read out loud, and they can keep the harder one on paper.
The work is about the habit, not the confession.
· How big can the room be?
Up to 20 leaders. Past that the four corners stop working and people hide in the back. Larger groups get split into two rooms on separate days.
· How far ahead do I need to book?
2 weeks minimum. The quiz needs to go out about five days before we meet, and I need time to read the room before I walk into it.
· Is this a keynote or a workshop?
Both exist, and they are different. The keynote is me on a stage with your audience. The workshop is your leaders doing work in a room with me.
If you want the stage version, book the talk. If you want behavior to change, book a session.
The six stages
· What are the six stages?
Stage one names the visible behavior. Stage two maps the room's loops. Stage three goes under the iceberg. Stage four sets one question for ninety days. Stage five is the team feeling the shift. Stage six makes it how the place runs.
· Do I have to run all six?
No. Spark runs stages one and two. Ignite runs one through four. Fueled Flame runs all six across a quarter.
Stages five and six are where the change stops being a workshop memory, so most teams that are serious end up there.
· Can my team run the stages without you?
You can read the stages and prepare with them, and the facilitator kit subscription gives your internal leads the slides, handouts and room guide.
A stage is only marked held once we run that session together. Self checking tracks preparation, not completion.
· What is a corner?
Shorthand for the four visible behaviors leaders default to under pressure: Coaching, Directing, Taking over, Pulling away.
In session one everyone stands in the corner that matches their honest default. That is the shape of the room.
The three tiers at a glance
Spark
Half day, one session · $1,500 · $750 deposit
One room, half a day. Your leaders name the visible behavior, I tally the shape of the room live, and everyone leaves with one loop they can see.
Ignite
Full day, one session · $2,000 · $1,000 deposit
A full day in the room. We name the loop, dig under it, and rebuild the first two moves so the change starts before people go home.
Fueled Flame
All six stages, run over a quarter · $5,000 · $2,500 deposit
The whole journey. Six sessions across a quarter, with work between them, so the loop does not close back up two weeks after the workshop.
Cost, dates and travel
· How does payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is invoiced after the session. Tax is calculated at checkout.
· What if I need to move the date?
Move it once at no cost with at least two weeks notice, and your deposit follows the new date. Inside two weeks the deposit holds the original slot.
· Do you travel?
Yes. Travel is quoted separately once we have a date and a location. Remote sessions work for Spark and Ignite, but the corners work better in a real room.
· Is the facilitator kit subscription the same as booking a session?
No. The subscription is self serve access to the slides, handouts, room guide and version history for your internal leads. A session is me in your room.
· How does the kit subscription billing work?
$249 every three months, cancel anytime. The kit opens one stage per paid month, because that is the pace the journey actually runs at. Cancel and you keep whatever stages you have paid through.
Handouts are the printable piece. Slides and the room guide stay in the browser.
After the session
· What happens after a session?
Every leader leaves with one written commitment and a catch log. I send you a summary of the room, anonymized, plus what I saw that the room did not say out loud.
Then there is a two week check in, a day 45 gut check, and a day 90 re-run of the quiz so you can see movement instead of guessing at it.
· How do I know it worked?
The day 90 quiz re-run gives you a before and after on the same ten questions. The catch logs show how many times a leader caught their own loop.
The honest test is the one their team answers, not the one they answer about themselves. Stage five is built on that.
· What do I get in writing?
A one page summary of what the room actually looks like, the written commitments, and for the full journey a proof review at the end covering what changed and what did not.
